The goal is to assist in the most positive birth experience possible. We provide an extra pair of hands and a big heart. Our sole purpose to offer physical,emotional and informational support without doing anything medical. Research shows the presence of a doula helps decrease laboring time considerably, can lower the rate of c-sections, epidurals and pain medication; while creating greater success with self confidence and breastfeeding. We provide reassurance, comfort, encouragement and advocacy based on the requests and needs of the mom.
